Location: This is fully remote role based out of the Dallas, Houston, or Austin, TX area, with 50% travel required. SCOPE OF ROLE: The Sales Engineer will be responsible for driving rapid growth by achieving aggressive sales targets throughout the Texas region. This role involves identifying, securing, and growing new customers within the territory. This role involves understanding customer needs, presenting suitable products, developing new products, and maintaining strong customer relationships. This role is perfect for someone with a builder mindset that is looking forward to demonstrating their ability to build and grow a territory above market levels. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Sales Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within territory. Understand market trends and customer needs to effectively position our products. Drive innovation by pinpointing product gaps and championing new product development projects.
