Overview Technician, Maintenance, Central Maintenance Expert - Responsible for maintaining plant equipment and site facilities correctly, timely, and in a safe manner. - Executing preventive and corrective work orders to completion. - Provide technical expertise on small projects and support of the Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) and Global Reliability System (GRS) initiatives. - Supporting Operations in troubleshooting and repairing plant equipment malfunctions and abnormalities (supporting Manufacturing). Responsibilities: The responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to: - Perform maintenance work safely with strict adherence to procedures, use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and company policy. Ownership of personal safety and safety of co-workers. - Obtain Craft qualification within specified time progression and maintain all craft training requirements. - Fulfill maintenance custody role in preventative maintenance. - Maintain plant equipment and site facilities to ensure quality products are manufactured to support our quality policy. - Troubleshoot and find resolutions for process and equipment issues in a multi-craft environment (i.e. pumps,...
