What You Will Be Doing: The Manager of Quality leads the design, execution, and continuous improvement of quality systems that ensure manufactured products consistently meet the highest standards. This role inspires and develops a team of Quality professionals, fostering a culture of accountability, high performance, and continuous learning while driving initiatives aligned with business objectives. Partnering closely with manufacturing, Central Quality, and key stakeholders, the Manager of Quality strengthens existing systems, launches new processes, and resolves manufacturing and product issues through data-driven insights.
