In partnership with business leaders identify business needs, define process requirements and systems specifications, and implement the solutions. A Senior Configurator makes an impact as a seasoned, professional individual contributor, ready to manage projects, work independently, help teammates thrive and collaborate with stakeholders across the company. Facilitates development of best practice for the delivery of software products. Responsibilities & Duties: - Develops and configures the applications used by the Business Resiliency Management Department (i.e., Salesforce / Fusion, Everbridge, PowerBI, Mobile App) - Codes, tests and debugs software programs and meets project plan goals - Promotes updates to applications following the MMC System Development Lifecycle Methodology - Works independently to design and develop small technical modules - Assists with repairing coding problems - Provides technical support to clients on existing problems escalated as appropriate - Provides support through h...
