The Opportunity: We are seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead growth across our Truss & Framing business at Big River Breakwater, with additional responsibility for supporting our Trade and Cladding categories. This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional with strong knowledge of residential construction, timber systems, and builder engagement to make a meaningful impact in a growing market. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, growing existing accounts, and strengthening relationships with builders, developers, and other key stakeholders.
