Position Summary Delva Tool & Machine is seeking a CNC Maintenance Technician for our Cinnaminson, NJ location. The CNC Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining, repairing, and servicing CNC machinery equipment between our two facilities located a few miles apart. *This position works a schedule of Monday thru Friday from 6:30am-3:00pm* Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Perform preventive maintenance and scheduled service on CNC machinery, including lathes, mills, multi-axis machines, and associated support systems. - Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues specific to CNC equipment. - Clean and maintain machine components, including removing and reinstalling parts as needed for service and repair. - Diagnose and repair mechanical failures, worn parts, and control system issues to minimize downtime. - Maintain accurate maintenance records and service logs for all CNC equipment. - Work closely with production and engineering teams to identify machine performance issues and implement solutions. - Coordinate with the Maintenance Manager to schedule downtime for service without disrupting operations. - Ensure maintenance activities compl...
