The combined cycle units consist of two 1x1 units with G.E. 7F.03+ gas turbines and G.E. A-10 steam turbines. The site also has two dual-fuel G.E. 7F.03 gas turbine peaking units. The site operates and maintains a water treatment facility which processes river water for use as cooling water, firewater, and boiler water make-up. The facility is located in Rock Falls, IL.
