Elderwood at Cheektowaga is seeking a Director of Rehabilitation Services to oversee our dynamic therapy department and help drive clinical excellence. In this key leadership role, you’ll guide a multidisciplinary team of PTs, OTs, SLPs, assistants, and rehab aides while maintaining a clinical caseload and ensuring outstanding resident outcomes, regulatory compliance, and operational performance.
