PRIMARY OBJECTIVE OF POSITION: Set up molds into presses, get molds up to proper temp/speed, run first part to ensure equipment is producing product in an efficientand safe manner for maximum production quality. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: - Set up thermoset machines and other job-related equipment to work instructions. - Install molds into presses. - Mold set-up, correct heat, run first part. - Ensure proper operation of equipment and clean after each set up. - Supply and set up fixtures, hand tools, material and other supplies necessary to work centers. - Maintain quality of molds and ensure presses run properly. - Prepare and stage raw materials and components at machines for Operators. - Perform general maintenance on material handling equipment. - Utilize MRP system for inventory transactions. - Clean and grease molds during production and as needed for general maintenance. - Reduce scrap and help Operators resolve issues if scrap is being ran. - Acq...
