Job Description: Department: People Operations: Purpose of the Position: The People Generalist will provide general services to the People department to assist with hiring, employee onboarding, employee communication, process status changes, maintain employee files and process terminations. This role is responsible for enforcing People policies and procedures. Job responsibilities: The position’s key responsibilities include but are not limited to: Assist with New Hire Orientation, including reviewing all new hire documents, ensuring accuracy, process I-9s and confirming all employee files are up to date and compliant with company policy.
