Work Schedule: 100%, day shift. Monday – Friday; Hours ranging 8:00AM – 5:00PM. This is a hybrid position, working remotely with on-site requirements four times per year. You will work at Administrative Office Building in Middleton, WI when on-site. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. We are seeking a Category Account Specialist to: - Apply contract knowledge and strong attention to detail to review and redline agreements against UW Health’s Master Terms and Conditions and established contract playbook. - Support contract managers within the procurement team and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders across UW Health to meet organizational needs for goods and services. - Generate reports that support supply chain functions, including contract review metrics and supplier performance analysis. - Independently monitor, analyze, and report on expiring System, GPO, and local site contracts to ensure timely renewals and continuity of services.
