Job Title: Ticket Seller Department: Box Office: FLSA: Part-time: Reports to: Box Office Manager: Legends Global is the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities. We have an excellent opportunity and immediate opening for a Part-Time Ticket Seller at out Richmond facilities to include Dominion Energy Center and Altria Theater. This position is responsible for the sale of tickets at each venue during regular office hours, and during events, most of which occur during evenings and on weekends. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: - Demonstrates excellent customer service skills - Opens and or closes ticket window as required. - Accurately dispenses tickets as requested by patrons - Accepts payments and makes change accurately. - Maintains accurate count when selling hard tickets - Accesses computer for count of computer printed tickets. - Completes daily ticket sales report - Fills reservations for seats I via in person, telephone and/or mail - Mans Will-Call window - Responds to requests for service and assistance - Efficiently and courteously answers questions concerning prices, seating, events and coming attractions. - Files various records and reports. - Performs rou...
