Our values reflect the mindset we bring to everything we do: - Innovation - Trust - Entrepreneurship - Customer Focus What You’ll Be Contributing: - Prepare and process shipping documents (invoices, packing lists, AWB, B/L); - Enter shipment details into ERP/logistics systems accurately; - Track shipments and update status reports; - Verify shipment quantities against purchase orders; - Maintain filing systems for logistics documentation; - Assist with customs paperwork preparation; - Coordinate with warehouse staff for shipment readiness; - Support freight invoice verification; - Maintain proof of delivery (POD) records; - Provide shipment updates to internal teams.
