The Family Treatment Court Coordinator administers and coordinates family treatment court and juvenile drug court services for the Augusta Judicial Circuit and ensures the program’s compliance with all court policies and procedures. This position is responsible for the overall coordination, management, administration and operation of family treatment and juvenile drug court programs. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Supervises, directs, and evaluates assigned staff, processing employee concerns and problems, directing work, counseling, disciplining, and completing employee performance appraisals. Assists with departmental personnel records regarding hiring, evaluations, and disciplinary actions for supervised staff. - Organizes, prioritizes, and assigns work prioritizes and schedules work activities in order to meet objectives; develops and distributes employee work schedules to ensure adequate coverage and control; ensures that subordinates have the proper resources needed to complete the assigned work; monitors status of work in progress and inspects completed work; consults with assigned staff to assist with complex or problem situations and provide technical expertise;...
