Work from any HealthWISE office in NSW! HealthWISE is seeking an experienced and motivated Clinical Lead to provide senior clinical leadership across our mental health services. Reporting to the Manager – Wellbeing , this role is responsible for ensuring the delivery of safe, effective, culturally responsive and evidence-based mental health care across interdisciplinary clinical teams. The Clinical Lead plays a key role in clinical governance, workforce development, service quality and continuous improvement , supporting clinicians and client-facing staff across intake, assessment, treatment and care coordination. You will contribute to clinical decision-making, risk management, supervision and mentoring, while helping shape a collaborative and reflective culture within the service. This position balances clinical leadership, direct clinical practice, staff supervision and service integration , while also supporting partnerships with external providers, stakeholders and community organisations.
