Job description

Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience. - 8 years of experience in program management or forecasting. Preferred qualifications: - 8 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects. - Experience in data science in evaluating forecasting methodologies or implementing data-driven technical solutions. - Knowledge of the technical and process challenges associated with network infrastructure, topologies, and global planning. - Ability to define metrics and Service Level Objectives (SLOs) that drive operational efficiencies and measurable business outcomes. - Excellent data analysis skills, and ability to translate complex data findings into actionable strategic plans. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence partners and build collaborative relationships.
