JOB SUMMARY: As a member of our Premier Buyer Account Management Team, the Buyer Account Manager - Mobile will drive GMV growth by servicing a group of large B2B mobile buyers. The Buyer Account Manager - Mobile will be responsible for supporting and growing mobile buyers by applying their experience in secondary-market mobile B2B sales, operations, and buyer management. Additionally, this individual will work cross-functionally with our seller account management, product, sales, marketing, and operations teams to provide further operational support. This person would report directly to the Vice President of Buyer Growth. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Manage a cohort of large mobile buyers (“Premier” buyers) currently purchasing on B-Stock - Be a hyper-responsive single point of contact for Premier mobile buyers - Drive cohort GMV, bidding activity, and dispute resolution - Develop a comprehensive understanding of B-Stock’s business model, platform, solutions, and value - Develop an in-depth knowledge of every B-Stock mobile marketplace, including inventory condition, schedules, inventory sources, individual facilities and their variances, inventory forecasts, and an...
