Senior Financial Analyst

Job description

Key Responsibilities: - Build and maintain detailed, robust, and complex financial models to evaluate senior living development projects, including pro forma analysis, scenario modeling, and sensitivity testing. - Provide comprehensive analysis for asset sales, recapitalizations, corporate capital raise, project-level bond issuances, fund structures, and other strategic financial opportunities. - Conduct in-depth market research and interpret data on demographic trends, economic factors, and competitive landscapes to inform investment decisions. - Prepare and manage budgets, cash flow forecasts, dashboards, and variance analyses to support project and corporate financial planning. - Partner with development, construction, operations, and other cross-functional teams to align on project goals, timelines, and financial metrics. - Prepare and deliver high-quality financial reports and presentations for senior leadership, investors, and external stakeholders, translating complex financial data into actionable insights. - Ensure all financial analyses, models, and transactions comply with company policies and external regulations, maintaining meticulous records and audit trails. - Serve...
