At BULKHEAD, our Producers are at the heart of delivery. As a Producer, you’ll drive development forward by supporting team autonomy, encouraging accountability, and removing blockers to keep delivery on track. You’ll guide your team toward milestone goals while maintaining a positive, focused environment. You’ll own production schedules, monitor team health, and maintain clarity across your roadmap. Working closely with Discipline Leads and other Producers, you’ll align priorities, manage dependencies, and ensure high-quality work is delivered on time. All candidates must be based in and have the right to work in the UK. At this time we are unable to offer any visa sponsorship. This role based at our studio in Derby full time.
