Responsible for the evaluation, clinical assessment, treatment plan, implementation, and progression of goal-directed, purposeful Occupational Therapy interventions. Responsibilities also include consultations with medical staff and health professionals, completion of medical records and insurance forms, and supervision of Rehab associates. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, AND/OR LICENSURE: 1 .
