The Mechanical Site Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating the installation of radiators, heating pipework, Heat Interface Units (HIUs) and overseeing electrical rewire activities across social housing properties. The role ensures all works are delivered safely, to specification, and with minimal disruption to residents, while maintaining high standards of quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction .
