Description Role Summary: The Technology Manager is a high-accountability role responsible for the architecture, security, and operational excellence of the IT ecosystem. The position requires a business-minded professional capable of translating technical complexity into actionable business cases Serving as a key advisor to leadership, this role owns the technology roadmap, manages the budget, and drives a proactive cybersecurity culture. This "Player-Coach" position focuses on team execution but requires the technical depth to perform "deep dives" and provide hands-on support during critical operational risks Key Responsibilities: - KPI & Performance Management: Autonomously drives department goals and service delivery. Elaborates and monitors critical metrics (Uptime, MTTR, Security posture) and provides periodic status updates on all active projects - IT Service Delivery: Direct oversight of Help Desk and Support functions. Manages SLAs, enforces documentation standards, and ensures operational continuity.
