Brown and Caldwell (BC) is seeking a Project Manager to lead Construction Services (CS) projects as part of BC’s integrated team. The Construction Services Project Manager role independently completes difficult assignments providing advanced technical support for construction projects. The role requires considerable independent judgement to solve a range of problems. The role leverages advanced or specialized skills to devise new techniques and approaches requiring sound decision making. The ideal candidate possesses effective networking, communication, and organization skills to collaborate across various BC business units, with key clients, and valued external subcontractor/supplier partners to deliver at-risk projects using design-build (DB), engineering-procurement-construction (EPC), and construction management at risk (CMAR) delivery models. This position will work under the direction of an experienced Senior Manager to water/wastewater projects for private sector and municipal clients.
