Company Description Full-Time On Site: Salary: $70,000 – $85,000 DOE: Bilingual Korean required: We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven B2B Sales Support Specialist to support and grow our K-Beauty wholesale business. This role combines account development, retail relationship management, and sales operations support to ensure seamless execution across retailers, distributors, brand partners, and internal teams. The ideal candidate understands retail and distribution processes, is comfortable managing both sales growth and operational coordination, and thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment. Job Description: 1. Account Development & Sales Execution Develop and manage relationships with retailers, distributors, and marketplace partners Identify new B2B business opportunities within beauty, skincare, and personal care categories Present product lines, pricing, and promotional programs to clients Manage the sales cycle from lead generation through contract execution Support line reviews and product launches in alignment with retailer requirements Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings as needed 2.
