Requisition ID: 38376 Your Purpose: As our Group IT Service Partner Lead, you will be responsible for the operational management of Tier 1 third‑party IT service providers across our EMEA APAC region, ensuring services are delivered in line with contractual commitments and agreed service levels. Working closely with senior business stakeholders, Leadership Team members, you will build strong relationships to understand service needs, manage critical issues, and provide clear management information within the agreed governance framework. You will own the EMEA IT service budget, including operational spend and cost‑saving initiatives, working closely with the IT Service Operations Director and Divisional Reporting Manager. These services support critical brewery and corporate operations, with full accountability for service stability and performance across outsourced providers.
