Business Operations Manager Company: The Boeing Company As part of the 737 Business Operations team, this leader will be responsible for Production and Program Management, a core foundation of the 737 Program Management Office. Today the team is responsible for Management System & Integration (internal and external reporting), Program Initiatives, Work Statement Management, Directives, Program Planning, Program Capital, Risk Issue & Opportunity Management, SMS Integration. The team also leads the Renton, WA site, inclusive of organizing employee events and external visits. The selected Business Operations Manager will be expected to be able to manage conflicting priorities, communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, and have a strong people focus. Expectations include both being a leader of a diverse team, and engaging directly with executives, including the 737 VPGM, as both a critical thinking teammate and ensure administrative requirements are met (presentations, logistics, etc).
