We are hiring a Food and Beverage Supervisor We are looking for people that have a passion to serve others! In this role you will oversee our Lobby Lounge Bar in the evening. Ensuring guests have a memorable experience while supporting our team members. The ideal candidate must have experience in a supervisory type position within full service restaurants. Experience in an upscale cocktail lounge preferred. Micros experience is a plus! Schedule: - 3pm-Close - Weekends and Holidays as needed Essential Functions: Completely direct the operational efforts and strategies of the lobby lounge outlet. Supervises lobby lounge team members. Trains all associates in the outlet on how to perform their job duties to the best of their abilities Assist in the following: Writing schedules, evaluating Associates, and direction of all personnel. Keeps open verbal and written communication between the management and associates. Writes and presents disciplinary action as needed. Provides associates with the tools and equipment they need to do their jobs. Takes immediate action on problems that are encountered in the outlet.
