Job Summary: The Youth Care Specialist is a direct care staff position responsible for the daily activities of the FSS licensed group home, Providence House, which includes facility and program documentation, implementing house rules and behavior plans, and providing for the safety and well-being of residents. This position has an emphasis on engaging high-risk youth assigned to the home in overcoming obstacles that contribute to placement instability. Essential Duties: Implement house rules for residents, including individual behavior management plans. Ensure all incidents, injuries, and/or events are reported to the appropriate parties and in a timely manner. Participate in all required house and organizational meetings.
