About the Role: In this role, you will lead the Operational Procurement team, tasked with building a robust and resilient material supply through an active engagement with HARMAN’s suppliers. As a dynamic and visionary leader, you will fulfill multiple roles, including trail blazer, coach and advocate. As the Operational Procurement leader, you will be responsible for driving supplier delivery performance outcomes through supplier engagement and development as well as early detection and resolution of supply issues. You will build system and team capabilities required to successfully navigate the challenges associated with electronics supply chains.
