Description Devereux Arizona’s Residential Treatment Center (RTC) provides intensive, 24-hour support for youth aged 7 to 17, who are experiencing serious emotional, behavioral, and mental health challenges. In a structured, therapeutic environment, we combine clinical expertise with compassionate, trauma-informed care to help youth heal, grow and build a brighter future. The RTC features dormitories, an accredited K-12 school, food services, 24/7 on-site nursing, and specialized therapy and clinical services. OVERNIGHT Direct Care Professionals (DCP) provide direct supervision and assist the day-to-day schedule for campus individuals. Direct support duties include: helping individuals with their mental health, managing behaviors and emotional needs, de-escalating crisis situations, treatment plan implementation, personal care (bathing, dressing), medication management, transport, and fostering social skills. Other duties include documenting progress for daily, weekly, and monthly logs, adhering to the activity schedule, and attending weekly clinical supervision meetings.
