Senior Analyst - Business

Job description

The Senior Analyst - Business is responsible for analyzing on-site search activities and capabilities to drive discussions with internal organization partners to solve critical customer challenges, providing regular and ad-hoc analytical reporting, and supporting the product development process to enhance customer experience with on-site search. This role will utilize Python and SQL to analyze data health and work with cross-functional operations teams to identify appropriate solutions for enabling customers to navigate the online assortment to find the right products. In addition, this role will conduct data analysis of current systems and processes, identifying root causes, developing solutions, and directly supporting the ecommerce team.
