Job description

CONOPS Engineer/System Engineer Gromelski and Associates, Inc. (GAI) partners with prime contractors to provide professional services. Key service areas include Engineering Design and Documentation; Software Development and Testing; System Integration, Testing and Evaluation; Lab Management and Field Installation; Integrated Logistics Support, Training Development and Delivery, Multimedia Support, and Technical System Support. The Imaging Concept of Operations (CONOPs) Engineer performs tasks as part of the design team to define how a system will be used, now and in the future, functioning as a bridge between stakeholder needs and technical requirements. The CONOPs Engineer develops scenarios, identifies users, and outlines operational goals to guide design, testing, and deployment. CONOPs engineers collaborate with stakeholders, may perform modeling and design tasks, and analyzes risks to ensure systems capabilities and features meet present and future objectives.
