CorsoCare Hospice Admissions Nurse: As a Hospice Admissions Nurse, you play a crucial role in providing compassionate care to patients and families during a sensitive time. Your primary responsibility is to facilitate the admission process for individuals entering hospice care, ensuring that they receive the support and services they need by assessing patients medical needs and developing a plan of care to maximize the comfort of the patient. Additionally, you will be a designated source for addressing concerns and educating patients and their loved ones about hospice philosophy and available resources.
