Starting Pay: $23 The Cook III is responsible for food production in the assigned venue, providing daily instruction and task assignments to kitchen staff. This role safely prepares food items according to menu specifications and standard recipes, ensures picture-perfect plate presentation, interacts with guests, and maintains freshness and quality of all food offerings. HOW YOU WILL CREATE THE EXTRAORDINARY: Demonstrate full proficiency in all functions and requirements of the Cook II position. Prepare all food items according to standard recipes and menu specifications to ensure consistency for guests. Organize staff and delegate work assignments and tasks appropriately. Open and close the kitchen or restaurant properly and ensure readiness for service. Conduct daily shift meetings and communicate expected business levels and production quantities to staff. Monitor staff compliance with all regulations, safety guidelines, and company policies and procedures. Provide clear direction, instruction, guidance, and training to kitchen staff.
