Responsibilities: Design and prototype defense systems, ensuring durability, precision, and integration of all components. Conduct testing, including stress and failure analysis, to validate designs and ensure performance in extreme environments. Oversee the manufacturing process by collaborating with suppliers and external manufacturers to meet quality and timeline standards. Lead the transition from prototyping to mass production, refining designs for production efficiency and scalability.
