Description Pre-Licensed Therapist: Compensation: Compensation split of net collections at 52%; paid bi-weekly Employment Type: W-2 Full-Time (24 sessions/week), Non-Exempt Schedule: Flexible scheduling options Location: This is a hybrid role based out of Minneapolis, MN and St. Paul, MN LynLake is growing and we’re looking for Licensed Therapists to join our team! As a Pre-Licensed Therapist, you will be dedicated to delivering exceptional outpatient client care in a collaborative setting. Your primary responsibilities will encompass conducting diagnostic assessments and administering targeted treatment, drawing from an array of culturally responsive, trauma-informed and diverse therapeutic modalities, including individual, couples, family, and/or group psychotherapy. Your caseload may include individuals presenting with depression, anxiety, trauma, significant life changes, ADHD, and other mental health symptoms and developmental concerns, thus necessitating experience across a broad spectrum of client profiles and conditions.
