Job Description Chegg is seeking a Business Operations Lead to serve as a key strategic and operational partner to the GM of Chegg Academic Services. This role will act as the GM’s right hand on business and operational matters, helping to establish operational discipline, identify strategic points of leverage, and drive initiatives that deliver meaningful business results. This is a high-impact role for someone who is equally comfortable thinking strategically and driving execution. The right person will bring structure to ambiguity, help the organization operate with rigor, and work across functions to keep the business focused on what matters most. You should be energized by solving complex problems, improving how teams operate, and turning analysis into action. We are looking for someone with 4+ years of experience in investment banking, consulting, private equity, high-performing tech companies, or a combination of these environments.
