HR is the custodian of the employee lifecycle — from talent acquisition and leadership development, through internal mobility and employee relations, to the design and delivery of performance, remuneration and benefits frameworks. Key enablers include: The broader Reward team (chapter) includes Reward Consulting, Performance and Recognition, Reward Governance, Global Mobility and Executive Reward.
