In this role, you’ll be the go-to expert for projecting construction costs, from materials to labor, across retail construction projects. You’ll play a key part in helping our team deliver projects that are on-time, on-budget, and on-point. What YOU will do: - Dive into drawings and project specs to create detailed take-offs and accurate cost estimates. - Identify, quantify, and manage cost factors that impact projects. - Build strong relationships with vendors, negotiating the best prices and ensuring quality partnerships. - Review, compare, and analyze quotes to recommend the best options. - Prepare and present estimate reports or bids for review by project managers, owners, and vendors. - Stay adaptable in a fast-moving environment while bringing organization and leadership to the table.
