Position Details AFFORDABLE HOUSING MAINTENANCE WORKER - 40 HOURS PER WEEK: This is a full time role that pays 17.00 per hour. YOUR availability could fit with this opportunity to be an integral part of our resident's home life. The person we seek will be professional, responsive and reliable as our residents count on this person. Are you self-driven. Do you have housekeeping, lawn & equipment maintenance experience? This is a hands-on-one-person-department that is responsible for all things maintenance, housekeeping, lawn care, repair… keeping the complex safe and clean, inside and out, for our residents. The role includes a variety of tasks to ensure our 114-unit Affordable Living Community, the surrounding grounds and equipment are accurately maintained: responding to work order requests and maintaining a safe environment for staff, residents and visitors.
