This position is eligible for an up to $10,000 bonus! The Home for Little Wanderers' private COVE School is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for its Plymouth, MA campus. How You’ll Be Making A Difference - Design, develop and implement school-wide management strategies and/or individual behavioral interventions. - Participate in team meetings providing support and management for the implementation of behavior plans. - Provide input and support on follow-up and implementation of reintegration plans for students who are returning to school from hospitalizations or suspensions. - Experience in developing/implementing trauma informed programming is needed. - Utilize behavior plans that are consistent with program goals and that best fit with students’ age and treatment needs. - Perform assessment and evaluation of new students and students consistently struggling to meet the expectations at school. - Work as part of an interdisciplinary team to provide quality care.
