About the Progra m: The Thread Program is a significant transformation across Community and Mission ( CaM ), spanning 64 programs and 112 services. It brings together a connected services model and shared systems to simplify how teams work, strengthen collaboration and deliver a more seamless experience for clients. Your Opportunity: This is a full-time, maximum-term contract (12 months) embedded in the Thread Program, working within a senior program team with autonomy to fill gaps without waiting for a detailed playbook. About the Role: As Senior Manager OD and Transformation, you'll design and drive both OD workstreams - workforce architecture and cultural transformation with genuine design authority, working in close partnership with the Head of HR who holds strategic accountability for the stream.
