This is the role for you! As the Applied Behavior Analysis Services Coordinator, you would collaborate with Client Services in the organization of staff and client schedules and you may provide clinical services to children as well. The starting hourly pay for this position is $20.67. Responsibilities: - Monitor intake, discharge and wait lists for ABA services by providing appropriate enrollment and discharge planning consultation using sound independent judgment. - Independently assess staffing ratios for services and collaborate with Human Resources to meet program staffing and budget needs in ABA services including effectively interviewing and hiring qualified candidates. - Coordinate day to day staffing needs utilizing available staff, float or on-call staff to ensure adequate coverage to meet programming needs. - Lead onboarding training for Behavior Technicians in the programs assigned.
