Data & Knowledge Manager (Facilities) – Freelance Brussels, Belgium: Start: May 2026 | Long-term freelance assignment Full-time | Hybrid: About the Role: We are looking for a Data & Knowledge Manager to join the Facilities team of a leading media organization. You will play a key role in shaping how data, systems, and knowledge are managed across a modern and evolving building environment. With the development of a new, state-of-the-art building based on 3D BIM design , this role offers a unique opportunity to build and optimize data structures, processes, and tools from the ground up. Your Responsibilities: Define scope and configure a new Facility Management Information System (FMIS – Planon) in collaboration with the supplier Cover key domains such as: Real estate, space & asset management Maintenance planning: Procurement & contract management: Facility services & user support: Logistics & warehouse management: Manage and maintain data across: FMIS system BIM model: Building management systems: Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance Support users in correct data entry and system usage Lead knowledge management initiatives: Analyze needs and translate processes into wo...
