The Products and Privacy Counsel is a key member of the Legal Department, responsible for advising on legal matters related to products and services supporting carriers, freight brokers, and shippers , including payments, settlement, SaaS platforms, data products, and network‑based solutions. The role will operate at the intersection of a regulated bank and a fintech platform, ensuring products are designed and delivered in a manner consistent with applicable banking, consumer protection, and privacy laws.
