Public Health Principal – Commissioning | 10418 | permanent contract | 37 hours per week | up to £62,618 per annum (2026/27 Pay Award Pending) | Grade M | Norwich – hybrid working: (Portfolio – Sexual & Reproductive Health, and Health & Wellbeing): Our Public Health service is dedicated to achieving Norfolk County Council’s vision for Norfolk to be the place where everyone can start life well, live well, and age well and where no one is left behind. Our transformation agenda is a key County Council priority focused on prevention, reducing health inequalities and influencing healthy public policy. A management post within the public health service, you will lead a team of commissioning officers in developing a portfolio of externally commissioned public health services across Norfolk. Using national, regional, and local intelligence, you will support your team to drive forwards high quality, evidence led, and good practice focused services that achieve beneficial outcomes whilst meeting legislative and statutory requirements.
