Job description

Location: Euclid - 22801 Employment Status: Hourly Full-Time Function: Maintenance ​ Purpose: Troubleshoot, repair, inspect, and maintain power transmission, hydraulic, and pneumatic components on production equipment and systems. Job Duties and Responsibilities: - Mechanically troubleshoot, repair and maintain all types of industrial machinery, equipment and systems. - Troubleshoot, inspect, adjust, and repair automated machines, process systems, and robotic systems to ensure they are working properly and safely. - Performs equipment failure analyses (including preventative and unscheduled maintenance). Plan and implement preventative and predictive maintenance programs to maximize equipment up time. - Implement preventative and predictive maintenance programs to maximize equipment up time. - Perform bench work in repairing and maintaining production equipment and spare part assemblies. - Keep neat orderly records and order spare parts. - May be required to train fellow tradesmen. - Must be able to rotate shifts and work weekends and holidays as required. - Assumes additional responsibilities as needed or directed in support of the Company’s Strategy.
