Apply at Teamavamere.com: Essential Duties and Job Responsibilities: Program Planning and Implementation: - Develop and implement a comprehensive activities program that addresses the physical, mental, social, and emotional needs of residents. - Create a monthly activity calendar, scheduling a variety of activities, including group activities, individual activities, and special events. - Plan and organize activities that promote socialization, cognitive stimulation, and physical activity. - Develop and implement activity care plans in coordination with the interdisciplinary care plan team. - Ensure activities are safe, engaging, and appropriate for the residents' abilities and interests. - Prepare activity areas and maintain equipment in a clean and organized manner.
