We’re growing fast and are looking for a Partnership Development Team Lead to drive and scale our partner ecosystem in the French market. Ready to be part of the challenge? 🚀 The Role 📜: Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Partnership Development Managers, ensuring strong performance and continuous development. Define and execute the partnerships strategy for the French market, aligned with company goals. Personally contribute to closing high-impact partnerships and support the team across the full sales cycle. Identify, recruit, and build strong relationships with strategic partners in the HR ecosystem (partners who sell, implement, and support Factorial). Develop and manage a high-performing reseller and distribution network in France. Act as a key point of contact for top-tier partners, ensuring long-term success and engagement.
