Hourly Pay Range: $19.89 - $28.84 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors. Position Highlights: Sign on bonus: $1000 Position: Medical Assistant - Internal Medicine Location: 172 Schiller, Elmhurst, IL: Full Time 40 hours: Hours: Generally Mon - Fri 8am - 5pm. Late night on Tuesday until 7:15pm Required Travel: Occasionally: What you will do: Under the direction of the Supervisor, performs select clinical functions to enhance delivery of patient care. Prepare patients for physical examination, obtain specimens, conduct select routine laboratory tests and records results, routine diagnostic tests and may perform phlebotomy. Under general supervision of a physician, administer selected medications/injections. Also performs clerical duties related to clinic operations. MA supports a very busy Primary Care office with 11 providers and additional clinical staff.
